Looking for full time Estimator Company Description iCORE Construction, LLC specializes in the construction of concrete structures since 1992. The company has worked on various commercial projects, as well as high-end custom residential and multi-family projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in South Miami, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project specifications and drawings, and conducting material takeoffs. The Estimator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate project records and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors. Qualifications Experience in estimating for construction projects Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in PlanSwift Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Experience in concrete structures would be beneficial
